International shipments are usually delivered within 7-20 working days, depending on how far from Sweden your country is located.

Shipping cost:
Due to the longer delivery distances from Sweden we charge a 17 USD flat rate fee to deliver international orders.

No Ship Zone ❌

We have faced lots of issues with shipped orders not being delivered and will not open for shipments until we find a better way to safely deliver orders.

We have taken the decision to restrict shipments to the listed countries due to complicated customs regulations and restrictions.

Many of the listed countries are closed as a result of the ongoing pandemic. But don't worry! This is temporary and we are finding ways to deliver orders to these two countries again real soon!

Orders ship from Sweden

Rawnice HQ is located in Stockholm Sweden. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Nybro, Sweden,.

Most orders ship the same day if placed before 13.00 / 1 PM (Central European Time).

If an order is placed on a Friday afternoon after 13.00 / 1 PM or during the weekend it will ship out Monday.

All shipments are fully trackable and delivered directly to your door via your local postal network.

Pre-orders

About Pre-Orders

Some products are occasionally available for pre-orders. This is a way for us to allow you (the customer) to book a product early before it is actually in stock. so that you make sure to get it.

All pre-orders are paid in advance and we will ship them out a soon as the product on pre order is back in stock in our warehouse.

Ordering both pre-order and stocked items:
if you order multiple items, where just one is on pre order we will still hold the entire order for shipment until the pre-order item is in stock. This is to avoid charging double shipping fees.

If you want to split ship your order in two shipments we recommend placing two different orders so that one can ship out while the pre-order is getting restocked.

Return Policy

Rawnice maintains the following return policy for all of the consumables on this website.

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • If your order was returned to our warehouse because you asked the courier to send it back while it was in transit or you refused to receive it due to local import duties, we will refund you the cost of the item(s) minus shipping fees, handling fees, and the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.

  • The address for the order was correctly entered, but your package has not arrived within 6 weeks of the shipment being sent from the warehouse.

  • Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (but correct adress was entered)

  • Your product is damaged or faulty

  • You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our warehouse (minus shipping)

Because we ship orders from Sweden, local taxes/vat might be added upon delivery for countries outside of the EU.

Additional charges & taxes

Due to the reason that all orders ship from Sweden (Europe), additional import charges might be added on your order if it is shipped outside of the EU.

These additions are decided by your governments and customs offices. We at Rawnice have no control over local charges determined by your governments.

Added charges that might occur incluide

  • Clearance fees
  • Customs duty
  • Goods and services tax (GST)
  • Other local taxes.

Additional info for Norwegian customers

Norway has a special tax and import system.

There will be an import charges (VAT and any customs & excise duty) for food and drinks, goods with restriction, as well as goods with excise duties.

While less than NOK 350 for other imported goods like clothes, electronics, cosmetics etc. are free from import charges until further notice, and as long as the Ministry of Finance of Norway decides.

Since Rawnice’s products are under food and drinks, you may expect an import charge(s) on your order.
